Wraps CollapsibleSection with search-filter behavior.
When searchTerm is empty the section renders normally (collapsible). When searchTerm matches the title or any keyword the section renders expanded and non-collapsible with a highlight header. When searchTerm does not match, the section is hidden (returns null).
